Nothing. Your price is locked for as long as you stay subscribed — early roasteries who joined at $79 and $149 keep those prices forever. When we add capability, we ship it into the plan you already pay for. Price changes only ever apply to new subscriptions.
No. Your whole team is included on Roastery and Roastery Pro — the owner, the roasters, the packer, the bookkeeper. Adding a person never changes the bill. Per-seat pricing punishes exactly the teams doing well, and we want no part of it.
No — it’s a free, open-source desktop app for Mac and Windows, separate from these plans. No account, no trial clock, full .alog/CSV/JSON export, AGPL-licensed. It stays complete and free whether or not you ever pay us anything.
Any AI operation: a post-roast readout, a follow-up Q&A turn, a blend-transition plan, a voice-cupping extraction, a chat message, a spoken planning edit. The Free plan includes 20 analyses a month, Roastery 500 actions, Roastery Pro 2,000. Usage is shown transparently on your account page.
