Droptime is being built toward one claim: everything a coffee operator needs from seed to cup. This page is the honest version of that claim — every piece labeled by whether it exists, is in build, or is still ahead. No dates. We ship, then we say shipped.
How the roadmap gets ordered
Built on the roastery floor, not in a boardroom.
Software for coffee keeps failing because it’s built by people who never stood at the loading dock. We build with working operators — one of them an eight-ton-a-month roastery — and their Mondays order this page: receiving, loading, waste, the box that shows up at a café unlabeled. The tools have to respect the physical process instead of demanding precision the floor can’t give.

WHY BELIEVE A ROADMAP
We shipped the free part first.
Every roadmap promises the moon. Ours starts with something you can download in the next minute: the Droptime Logger, free and open source, released before any of the paid suite above it. If we’ll give away the tool roasters use every day — with full export and a license that keeps it free — the rest of this page is worth holding us to.
Operators tell us where it hurts, and it shows up here — then ships. The barcode on the bag that opens the coffee’s story landed exactly that way, and so did the wholesale portal a café orders from. The order intake that knows when the roaster is full, and the team login that doesn’t cost extra, are the ones we’re held to next.
